Dr. Mahendra Ingale
After completing my formal education in engineering, I began my career in the Public Works Department before transitioning to the Technical Education Department under the Government of Maharashtra. Over the course of more than four decades, I served in various capacities, contributing to the growth of technical education across the state. My doctoral research in Management focused on Situational Leadership, reflecting my deep interest in adaptive guidance and human-centric governance.

Work : Dr. Mahendra Ingale has dedicated fourty years to the field of Engineering Education. He worked as Head of the Department and Principal in various Polytechnics and Engineering Colleges. In addition to his leadership roles, he conducted impactful training programs on Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development, for students, teachers and industrial personnel.
His journey has been deeply influenced by success literature and spiritual writings, which have profoundly shaped his perspective on leadership and decision-making. He faced numerous challenges and gained valuable insights, which continue to inspire his work. He shares his experiences on social media.
